"Visited Rogano for dinner on Sunday 3rd Sept - in an empty restaurant, sat us next to a loud noisy pasrty. Service ok, but three of us ordered halibut and found it awful, wooly and tasteless. It seemed to be Icelandic frozen fish. Despite complaint, no refund was made. Widely overpriced, even if it had been good!"
