Katie already has five-year-old Harvey, whose father is footballer Dwight Yorke, as well as two-year-old Junior and Princess Tiaamii, seven months, with Peter.

But she is reportedly due to hold off until next year before expanding her brood, because she has so much work to do, including plans to launch a credit card.

She recently spent thousands of pounds on plastic surgery to shed her Jordan alter ego, but it looks like Katie Price is getting back to her old ways.

The ex-glamour model was publicising her third autobiography at a Waterstone’s store in Piccadilly, central London, when she had a so-called "wardrobe malfunction".

The star recently insisted that she was unhappy with her post-surgery breasts, which have been reduced from a 32G to a 32F, saying: "I was disappointed because they looked big and I wanted them to be a lot smaller."

But she seemed proud of her cosmetic makeover at the book launch today (Thursday) when she slipped out of her corset top and even the scars from her surgery appeared to be visible.

The mother-of-three donned white hotpants, a red and white sequinned corset, white cape and Wonder Woman-style PVC legwarmers at the event.

She had a nose job and her teeth whitened as part of the £43,000 recently spent on cosmetic surgery in the US.

The former I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star’s third autobiography Jordan: Pushed To The Limit is out today and documents her post-natal depression, miscarriage, the birth of her daughter Princess Tiaamii and husband Peter Andre’s battle with meningitis.

Jordan has apparently revealed she wants to have lots more children.

The glamour girl - whose real name is Katie Price - said in an interview on ITV’s Loose Women that she would like at least four more kids one day.

The star said: "In 20 years time I will have had, hopefully, another four kids, I will have adopted, definitely, the more kids the better. I don’t want to grow old with no one around me I want all grandkids, my kids."

The 29-year-old star already has three children - five year-old son Harvey from her previous relationship with footballer Dwight Yorke, and two-year-old son Junior and seven-month-old daughter Princess Tiaamii with her husband, former pop star Peter Andre.

Meanwhile, the blonde has been shortlisted for the coveted Celebrity Mum Of The Year award, an accolade that she took home last year.

Jordan has spilled the beans on her latest autobiography, saying she hopes to show people the suffering behind all the smiles.

The 29-year-old model, who is due to release her latest book, Jordan: Pushed To The Limit, on Valentine’s Day, spoke to GMTV’s Fiona Phillips and Ben Shephard about the traumatic events it deals with.

Jordan - real name Katie Price - said: "This book is actually quite a depressing read because I went through my depression... then my Nan died, then I had the miscarriage, then Harvey had his accident, then Pete’s meningitis... and the cancer thing, and then Princess was born - so at least it ended on a good note."

She added: "The reason I do it is to show people, you know, behind all the smiles on the cameras, I was really suffering as well."

The star, who is due to appear in a new series of her ITV2 reality TV show with hubby Peter Andre, said the pair still manage to get a lot of privacy.
