Biography

Born in Toronto, Canada on October 26 1962, David Furnish is best known as Elton John’s partner.  Originally an Advertising Executive, David was invited to dinner with Elton by a mutual friend in 1993.  Although he expected the evening to be awkward and unpleasant he soon found himself one half of the world’s most famous gay couple. 

Now working as a film producer, most famously releasing Tantrums & Tiaras (which he directed), David married Elton in a civil ceremony near their home in Windsor in 2005.
