Catherine Zeta Jones has apparently claimed she has not yet reached her sexiest.

The Hollywood beauty - in Australia to promote her new film Death Defying Acts, a biopic of Harry Houdini co-starring Guy Pearce - promised she is not ready to give up playing the sex symbol, according to the Daily Express.

Catherine, 38, told the newspaper: "I'm not going to be playing old grannies any time soon.

"In my next movie, you'll be seeing a lot more of me, put it that way. You see, I haven't actually reached my sexiest point yet."

The Welsh actress is married to Michael Douglas who is 25 years her senior and the couple have two children, Dylan, seven and Carys, four.

Catherine, who won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her role in Chicago, added: "I'm probably not the best actor in the world but on screen and on stage I have something that I know is a little different."

Catherine Zeta-Jones has become the latest celebrity to shake off stories of an eating disorder, insisting that her slim silhouette is down to exercise and healthy eating.

"Do I look anorexic? How could I ever, ever be anorexic?" she told People.com at the Savannah Film Festival.

"Michael (Douglas, her husband) was laughing at me. He told me what people had said - that stories say I’m anorexic."

The Welsh beauty, who joined her husband at the festival with their two children, said that her eating habits have simply changed a bit.

In the past, Catherine, who wore a black strapless dress, admitted she was a "bread girl", saying, "I love bread".

"These days, I’m just working out and not chomping down what I usually chomp down."

But she added that she’s concerned over the attention paid to women’s weight, saying: "There are many women who are maybe a little fragile, and it becomes a huge issue."



Catherine ’planning film in India’ - Sept 13 2007
Catherine Zeta-Jones is reportedly planning to visit India to shoot a movie with husband Michael Douglas.

The actress said she was working on the script along with her husband, The Times Of India reported.

"I’m looking forward to going to India," the newspaper quoted her as saying.

"Michael and I are developing a script that will be set up in India. We will take our kids and all of us will come there, set up camp in India and shoot a film."

The Welsh-born star said she and Michael live much of the year on the island of Bermuda, where their two young children go to school.

"The logistics are different now, I can’t just take off anywhere because my kids go to school in Bermuda," she added. "If I work, Michael doesn’t work and vice versa, that’s our pact."

Michael visited Mumbai two years ago and apparently announced plans to co-produce and star in Racing The Monsoon, an action adventure about a diamond heist aboard an Indian train.
