Glamour model Alicia Douvall is apparently not satisfied with her enormous chest - and has decided to have an 11th boob job.

The Love island contestant, whose breasts have yo-yoed between AA and H, is used to going under the knife and has reportedly had a work done on her nose, lips, eyes and chin.

She was forced to have the latest surgery, taking her from a 30D to a 30E after an earlier procedure had caused her breasts to look lumpy and out of shape, according to Heat magazine.

Alicia - who is best known for her kiss & tell stories - said: "I am disgusted and absolutely gutted that it’s gone wrong. I should not have had it in the first place.

"I would advise anyone who’s thinking of a boob job to think carefully about it before going ahead and having surgery. There’s no such thing as a perfect boob job, because when you get it done, you think of something else that wants doing."
