What’s it about?
Twice a year the Pontins indoor complex rejuvenates itself into the musical mayhem known as the Southport Weekender. With more than 4000 revellers revved up for the two-day event, the Weekender captures the summer buzz.

Dedicated to the shakers and movers, this 20 year- old shindig is musically diverse and eclectic. If last year is anything to go by with Roy Ayers, Bah Samba, The Brand New Heavies, Incognito and DJs- Kenny Dope, then ticket holders have far more to look forward to, this year Blackbyrds, Fertile Ground, Eric Roberson, Luisito Quintero, Tortured Soul 
Tawiah, Jay Sean, The Sunburst Band and lots, lots more.
